Clips That Make Sense Without the Webinar
Fix both ends of every auto-suggested moment and test it alone, so a clip cut from an hour-long recording works without the hour.

The tool will find candidate moments in a long recording. It finds where the words were said, not where a clip begins and ends. Fix both ends of every suggested clip: - Start on the first word of a complete thought. Automatic boundaries routinely open on "...and that is why", which is a clip nobody can follow. - Cut the run-up. "So, um, the question was" — start after it. - End on the point, not on the pause after it. Trailing silence reads as a mistake in the file. Choose moments by a test, not by a score: - Would this make sense to somebody who did not watch the hour? If it needs the previous slide, it is not a clip. - Does it say ONE thing? Two points in forty-five seconds is a clip nobody can repeat to a colleague. - Is there a line in it worth putting on screen as text? If no sentence stands alone, the clip has no hook and no amount of editing gives it one. Then finish it: - Put that line on screen in the first two seconds. A talking head is not a hook. - Captions on, always. It will be watched muted. - Check the frame at the size you will publish. A slide that filled a wide screen is unreadable once the clip is vertical — and a slide-heavy segment is usually the wrong segment to clip at all. - Name each clip with its claim, never "webinar clip 3", or you will re-watch all of them to find one. Before publishing: if a customer, a guest or a colleague speaks in the clip, confirm they agreed to be used this way. A recording made for the people in the room is not automatically material for a public feed.

1. Open the tool and start a new conversation, project or template. 2. Paste the text below wherever the tool keeps standing instructions — usually called system prompt, instructions, or persona. 3. Save it so it applies to every run rather than a single message.
