A Brand Voice That Survives Volume
Defining voice so the fiftieth piece still sounds like the first.
به چه درد میخورد
لحن برند را بهجای صفت، به تصمیم تبدیل میکند: شخص و ضمیر، سقف طول جمله به عدد، دو واژهای که همیشه و دو واژهای که هرگز، و یک پاراگراف نمونه. آزمونش هم ساده است: سه بار تولید کن؛ اگر سه شرکت مختلف به نظر رسیدند، هنوز صفت است.

Voice defined as adjectives does not survive volume. "Friendly, professional, approachable" produces a different output every time because it constrains nothing. Define it as decisions instead: - **Person and number.** "We" or "I"? Do you address the reader as "you"? - **Sentence length ceiling.** An actual number. "No sentence over 22 words." - **Two words you always use and two you never use.** Not a long list — a long list is ignored. Two of each is remembered. - **The joke policy.** None, one per piece, or freely. Ambiguity here is what makes a set feel inconsistent. - **How you refer to the competition.** By name, as "other tools", or not at all. - **One paragraph you consider perfect**, pasted in full. This does more than every rule above combined. Test the definition before using it: generate the same brief three times and read the three openings. If they could be from three different companies, the definition is still adjectives.
