What We Promised, With Receipts
Query across recorded calls for commitments and demand a meeting, a date, a speaker and the sentence for every item.

Use this when you need to know what was actually said to a person or about a topic across many recorded calls - before a renewal, a handover, an escalation, or a review. Ask across your meetings, not inside one. Ask in this shape: Across every call with [company/person] since [date]: what did we commit to, what did they commit to, and what changed? For each item give me the meeting name, the date, the speaker, and the sentence they said. If you cannot produce a sentence, leave the item out. Then discard everything with no sentence attached. A synthesised claim with no quote is a guess wearing a summary's clothes. Second pass, because absence is the expensive part: List the topics I asked about that never appear in any of these calls. Third pass, for what actually causes disputes: Find every place our answer to the same question changed between calls. Show both versions with their dates. Before you use any of it: - Open the meeting at the timestamp and listen to ten seconds around the quote. Tone, hedging and "no, wait" live outside the transcript. - Check who was on that call. A promise made to someone who has since left is still a promise, but you brief it differently. Hand the receipts over with the summary: date, meeting, name, quote. One line each. The failure this prevents: opening a renewal with "you agreed to this in March" and being shown that in March you said "possibly".
