The Facts Before the Letter

هر اعتراضی روی تاریخ و شماره پرونده برنده یا بازنده می‌شود، نه روی لحن نامه. این اسکیل می‌گوید پیش از تولید هر متنی چه چیزهایی را در فایل خودت بنویسی، از چه صفحه‌هایی عکس بگیری، و کدام دو چیز را باید خودت راستی‌آزمایی کنی. یادآوری هم می‌کند که این کار کاغذبازی است نه مشاوره حقوقی.

Disputes are decided on dates, reference numbers and what you can prove. The
wording of the letter matters far less than the file behind it. Build the file
first, somewhere you control — not inside any tool.

Write down, copied exactly as they appear on the document:
- The reference, ticket, invoice or case number.
- Every date: when it happened, when you were charged, when you first
  complained, when they replied.
- Amounts, to the cent, with the currency.
- The company name as it appears on your statement, which is often not the
  brand name you know.

Screenshot before you act, because pages change:
- The charge on the statement.
- The page or email you are relying on — the terms as they read today, the
  cancellation screen, the sign that was or was not there.
- Anything with a visible date in the frame.

Then write one sentence saying what you want: a refund of a specific amount,
written confirmation of cancellation, the charge withdrawn. If you cannot write
that sentence, no tool can write the letter.

Two hard rules for anything generated:
- Read every line and delete any fact you cannot evidence. One wrong date is
  enough to lose a dispute that was otherwise winnable.
- Find the deadline yourself, on the original document or the issuer's own
  site. A missed deadline is usually the one thing that cannot be appealed.

Keep proof of sending: the date, the method, and a copy of exactly what went.
If you cannot show you sent it, you did not send it.
